The Global Buddy advisory board consists of experienced professionals in global education and development.
Dr. David Moseley
Adjunct Faculty member at University of San Diego and Director of Global Education at the Bishop's School. A native of the United Kingdom, Dr. Moseley holds undergraduate and graduate degrees in law, philosophy and theology from Oxford University; and a doctorate from Cambridge University. He has inspired numerous students through his community service trips around the globe, especially in the developing world.

Uli Heine
Senior Director of Development at Project Concern International, an international development and humanitarian assistance organization operating in 16 countries. A native of Germany, Uli Heine holds two Masters Degrees from the University of Cologne, Germany. She has served on the Board of the World Affairs Council and the United Nations Association and lectured at UCSD and USM.

Dr. Henri F. Migala
Director of the UC San Diego International
House. A native of France, who moved to the United States as a
child, Dr. Migala holds an MA in medical anthropology from the University of Texas
Arlington, an MPH from the University of North Texas and a doctorate in
higher education leadership from San Diego State University. He brings a wealth of experience in international and higher
education.
